1/2 lb. (225 g) Italian sausage
1 jar (640 mL) Catelli Garden Select Garlic & Onion Pasta Sauce
1 cup chopped cooked fresh spinach
1 egg, beaten
1 container (475 g) part-skim ricotta cheese
1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese, divided
12 lasagna noodles, cooked
2 cups Kraft Shredded Pizza Mozzarella Cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Remove casings from sausage, if necessary. Crumble sausage into large skillet sprayed with cooking spray; cook on medium heat until evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Drain; return sausage to skillet. Add pasta sauce and spinach; mix well. Bring to boil, stirring frequently; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

Mix egg, ricotta and 2 Tbsp. Parmesan until blended.
Step 4
Spread 1/4 of the pasta sauce mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with layers of 3 noodles, 1/3 of the remaining pasta sauce mixture and 3 of the remaining noodles. Cover with ricotta mixture; top with half each of the mozzarella and remaining Parmesan. Cover with 3 noodles and half of the remaining pasta sauce mixture; top with remaining noodles and pasta sauce mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses; cover.
Step 5
Bake 35 to 45 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 30 min. Let stand 15 min. before cutting to serve.

Serving Suggestion
Garnish with fresh herbs before serving with a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
Substitute 1 well-drained 300-g pkg. frozen chopped spinach for the cooked fresh spinach.
Prepare using your favourite variety of Catelli Garden Select Pasta Sauce.
