1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. oil, divided
1 onion, chopped
1 jar (650 mL) Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup water
3 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Mix meat, mozzarella, bread crumbs and egg just until blended; shape into 20 (1-inch) meatballs.
Step 2
Heat 2 tsp. oil in large deep nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add meatballs; cook 5 min. or until evenly browned on all sides, stirring occasionally. Remove meatballs from skillet, reserving drippings in skillet; cover meatballs to keep warm.
Step 3
Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add onions; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add pasta sauce and water; mix well. Return meatballs to skillet; spoon sauce over meatballs. Cover; simmer 5 min. or until meatballs are done (165ºF).
Step 4
Top with Parmesan; simmer, uncovered, 5 min. Sprinkle with parsley.
