1 onion, sliced

1 clove garlic, minced

3 cups fibre-enriched white penne pasta, uncooked

1 cup Classico Riserva Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce

1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shaved Cheese

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Crumble sausage into skillet; cook 8 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic; cook and stir 3 min. Spoon onto plate.
Step 2
Add pasta, water and pasta sauce to skillet; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Return sausage mixture to skillet; stir. Cook, uncovered, 2 to 4 min. or until pasta is cooked to desired tenderness and most the liquid is cooked off, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Add cheese; stir until melted. Sprinkle with oregano.
