1/3 cup Diana Marinade Caribbean Jerk

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1 tsp. dried thyme leaves

Step 1
Place chicken in even layer in shallow casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 2
Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour over chicken. Turn to evenly coat both sides of each drumstick.
Step 3
Refrigerate overnight.
Step 4
Heat oven to 450°F.
Step 5
Bake chicken 30 min. or until done (165°F), reducing oven temperature to 350°F after 15 min. Remove casserole dish from oven.
Step 6
Heat broiler. Place casserole dish 6 inches from heat. Broil 1 to 2 min. or until chicken is golden brown.
