3 Tbsp. oil, divided
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. each dried oregano leaves and ground cumin
1-1/2 lb. (675 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) Heinz Original Beans in Tomato Sauce
1 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions, peppers, garlic and seasonings; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are softened, stirring frequently. Add meat; cook 10 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add beans, ketchup and chili sauce; mix well.
Step 3
Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 4
Combine cornmeal, flour and baking powder in medium bowl. Add milk, eggs and remaining oil; stir until dry ingredients are evenly moistened. Drop by heaping spoonfuls over meat mixture.
Step 5
Bake 30 min. or until topping is golden brown.
