2 acorn squash (2 lb./900 g)
1 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) Heinz Maple Style Beans with Pure Quebec Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp. orange zest

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Cut squash lengthwise in half; scrape out and discard seeds. Place squash on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 5 min.
Step 3
Meanwhile, melt butter in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 3 min. or until softened, stirring frequently. Add cranberries and rosemary; mix well. Cook and stir 2 min. Remove from heat; stir in beans and orange zest.
Step 4
Spoon bean mixture into squash shells; place, filled sides up, on rimmed baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake 25 min. or until filling is heated through and squash is tender.
