1 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
2 cups Heinz Tomato Juice with 50% Less Salt
1 can (14 fl oz/540 mL) Heinz Dark Red Kidney Beans, rinsed
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions, garlic, chili powder and oregano; cook 4 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add rice; cook and stir 1 min. Stir in tomato juice; bring to boil. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.
Step 3
Add beans, corn and ketchup; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Stir in cilantro and lime juice.
