1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
10 slices bacon
10 hot dogs
10 hot dog buns
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1/4 cup Heinz Yellow Mustard

How do I make it ?
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Combine tomatoes, onions and peppers.
Wrap 1 bacon slice tightly around each hot dog, tucking in ends of bacon slices to secure. Grill 8 to 10 min. or until bacon is done and hot dogs are heated through, turning occasionally. Remove from barbecue; drain on paper towels.
Meanwhile, spread Miracle Whip onto cut sides of buns. Grill 1 to 2 min. on each side or until lightly toasted on both sides.
Fill buns with hot dogs; top with tomato mixture, ketchup and mustard.

Serve with a mixed green salad and your favourite fresh fruit to round out the meal.

Substitute 1 Tbsp. chopped serrano chiles, chipotle peppers or pickled jalapeño pepper slices for the chopped regular jalapeño pepper.
