1/3 cup Heinz 57 Sauce Original
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g)
1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
1 red onion, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices
2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. olive oil
4 French bread buns, split
4 lettuce leaves

How do I make it ?
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
Mix first 4 ingredients until blended. Reserve half the 57 Sauce mixture; brush remaining onto fish.
Grill fish 8 to 10 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning and brushing with remaining 57 Sauce mixture after 5 min. Meanwhile, combine apples, onions, dill, lemon juice and oil.
Remove fish from barbecue. Place buns, cut sides down, on barbecue grate; grill 1 to 2 min. or until lightly toasted.
Fill buns with lettuce, fish and apple slaw just before serving.
