How do I make it ?

Step 1
Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; stir. Cook 5 min., stirring frequently. Add garlic, Worcestershire and rice; stir. Cook 3 min., stirring frequently.
Step 2
Stir in tomato juice and water; bring to boil. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until rice is tender and liquid is completely absorbed. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork before serving. Top with mint.
