How do I make it ?
Heat oil in Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Add next 7 ingredients; mix well. Cook 6 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Add tomato juice, seafood sauce and tomato paste; mix well. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally.
Add seafood; stir. Cover; simmer 3 to 5 min. or until shellfish are opened and shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with parsley.
