1-1/4 cups graham crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. coconut extract
3 eggs
1/2 cup flaked coconut
2 oz. (1/4 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1 cup Cool Whip Whipped Topping (Do not thaw.)
1 oz. (1/6 of 170-g pkg.) Baker's White Chocolate
1/2 cup coarsely chopped speckled chocolate eggs

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Combine graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add coconut extract; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in flaked coconut. Pour over crust.
Step 4
Bake 55 min. to 1 hour or until centre is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
Step 5
Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and Cool Whip in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; whisk until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Pour over cheesecake. Let stand 10 min.
Step 6
Melt white chocolate in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 min.; stir until completely melted. Drizzle over cheesecake; top with chopped speckled eggs.
