3 sweet potatoes (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
1/3 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
3 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled and divided
1/3 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400°F.
Prick potatoes in several places with fork. Bake 1 hour 15 min. or until tender. Cool slightly.
Cut potatoes lengthwise in half; scoop out centres into medium bowl, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. Mash potato centres with cream cheese product until smooth. Stir in half the bacon.
Spoon mashed potato mixture into potato shells; sprinkle with cheddar, then remaining bacon. Place on baking sheet.
Bake 15 min. or until potatoes are heated through and cheddar is melted.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Fill potato shells and top with remaining ingredients as directed, but do not bake. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake as directed increasing the baking time if necessary until potatoes are heated through and cheddar is melted.
