2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 cup each chopped green peppers and onions
1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground turkey
1 can (28 fl oz/798 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
1/2 cup Renée's Caesar Dressing

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 375°F.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add celery, peppers and onions; cook 3 to 5 min. or until vegetables are softened, stirring occasionally.
Add turkey; cook 5 to 7 min. or until done, stirring frequently. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 30 min. or until heated through.
