Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat. Add dry jelly powder; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in marshmallows; cook and stir until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Add cereal; mix well. Press into 18 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray; cool completely.
Step 3
Remove treats from cups. Decorate with remaining ingredients to resemble apples as shown in photo.

Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Stir in dry jelly powder. Microwave 15 sec.; stir. Add marshmallows; toss to evenly coat. Microwave 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec. (Bowl might be hot.) Continue as directed.
