How do I make it ?

Step 1
COOK chocolate and water over low heat until chocolate is melted and smooth, stirring constantly. Step 2
ADD sugar; stir until dissolved. Step 3
BRING to a boil and simmer gently for 4 minutes, stir occasionally. Step 4
REMOVE from heat and stir in butter. Add To Shopping List
