1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/3 cup evaporated milk
2 pkg. (225 g each) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into small pieces
3/4 cup icing sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. Mix corn syrup and evaporated milk in large saucepan until blended. Add chocolate; stir. Cook on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread onto bottom of prepared pan.
Step 3
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 min. before cutting to serve.
