1 pkg. (396 g) banana bread mix
1 tub (227 g) Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 pkg. (225 g each) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
48 dried banana chips (about 70 g)

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Prepare bread batter and bake in loaf pan as directed on package; cool completely.
Step 3
Crumble bread into medium bowl. Add cream cheese product, sugar and cinnamon; mix well.
Step 4
Roll bread mixture into 48 balls, using about 1 Tbsp. bread mixture for each ball. Freeze 10 min.
Step 5
Cover rimmed baking sheet with waxed paper. Dip bread balls, 1 at a time, into melted chocolate; let excess chocolate drip off ball before placing ball on prepared baking sheet. Immediately top each ball with 1 banana chip, gently pressing chip into chocolate to secure.
Step 6
Refrigerate 1 hour or until chocolate is firm.

Omit the banana chips. Instead spray tops of chilled chocolate-coated bread balls with edible glitter before serving.
