1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
2 cups frozen diced hashbrowns
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese, divided
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup frozen corn
1 cup salsa

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400°F.
Brown meat in skillet.
Combine potatoes and 1/2 cup cheese; spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with layers of meat, onions, corn and salsa; cover.
Bake 40 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
