1 medium butternut squash, peeled and sliced into 1/2" (1cm) rounds
1 red pepper, sliced

How do I make it ?

Step 1
HEAT oven to 350°F (180°C).
Step 2
PLACE prepared vegetables on a large piece of foil.
Step 3
DOLLOP process cheese spread over vegetables. Place second piece of foil over top. Fold in edges to seal.
Step 4
BAKE for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. To serve; slit foil and spoon out vegetables.
