This classic baked pasta is sure to become a new family favourite. Cannelloni pasta is stuffed with ricotta cheese, spinach and other flavourful add-ins, then baked in a deliciously rich tomato sauce. No one will know that this can all be prepared in the same dish - the pasta cooks right in the sauce!

Combine egg, ricotta, spinach, dressing, basil and 1/2 the Parmesan; spoon into both ends of each cannelloni.
Spread 1/2 cup of the pasta sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Place stuffed cannelloni in single layer in prepared pan; top with remaining pasta sauce, taking care to completely cover all cannelloni with sauce. Cover.
Bake 45 min. or until cannelloni is tender. Sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan; bake 10 min. or until cannelloni are heated through and mozzarella is melted.

When preparing recipes with oven ready pasta, be sure to completely cover the pasta with the sauce before baking it to prevent the pasta from drying out as it bakes.

For a golden appearance, place the baked lasagna under the broiler for 2 to 3 min. or until top is golden brown before serving.
