2 lb. (900 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) chili-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) kidney beans, rinsed
1 can (5.5 fl oz/156 mL) tomato paste
1/2 cup water
3 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 cups wagon wheel pasta, uncooked
1 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread

How do I make it ?
Brown meat with onions in Dutch oven or small stockpot on medium-high heat. Add tomatoes, beans, tomato paste, water, chili powder and cumin; mix well. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Drain pasta. Add Cheez Whiz to meat mixture in pan; stir until melted. Stir in pasta.

Substitute another small shaped pasta, such as rotini or elbow macaroni, for the wagon wheel pasta.
