4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. oil
1-1/2 cups water
1 pkg. (350 g) Kraft Deluxe Velveeta on Shells Pasta & Sauce
1 large tomato, chopped

Step 1
Sprinkle both sides of chicken breasts with garlic powder.
Step 2
Heat oil in non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 1 to 2 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Remove from pan; set aside. Add water to pan; bring to boil. Stir in Pasta; top with chicken. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 12 min. or until pasta is tender and chicken is done (165ºF).
Step 3
Remove chicken to plate; cover to keep warm. Stir in tomatoes and Cheese Sauce; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve with chicken.

How to Double Recipe
This recipe can be easily doubled to make 8 servings. Double all ingredients, use a Dutch oven or large deep skillet and continue as directed.
Prepare as directed, substituting 4 boneless pork chops (1 lb./450 g) for the chicken breasts and adjusting the cooking time if necessary until chops are done (160ºF).
