1 soup can milk (about 1-1/4 cups)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 pkg. (500 g) frozen broccoli cuts
6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
1 pouch Shake'N Bake Original Coating Mix

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Combine soup, milk, lemon juice and rice in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with broccoli.
Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place over broccoli.
Bake 35 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
