18 Oreo Cookies, finely crushed
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
4 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, cooled slightly

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 325°F.
Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 min.
Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
Pour half the batter into medium bowl; stir in melted chocolate. Drop tablespoonfuls of plain and chocolate batters alternately over crust; swirl gently with knife.
Bake 55 min. to 1 hour or until centre is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
