3 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups buttermilk
2 tsp. non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
1 zest from orange
1/2 tsp. oil

How do I make it ?
Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
Whisk remaining ingredients until well blended. Add to flour mixture; mix well.
Ladle batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray, using 1/3 cup batter for each pancake. Cook on medium heat until bubbles begin to form on tops, then turn to brown other sides.

The rising action of baking powder starts acting right away when added to the liquid ingredients. For that reason, prepare pancake batter just before using for best results.
Serve topped with chopped fresh oranges.
