1-3/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups coarsely crushed ridged potato chips
1 cup Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Combine flour and baking soda. Beat butter and cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add sugar; beat until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in potato chips and chocolate chips.
Step 3
Drop tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto parchment-covered baking sheets.
Step 4
Bake 12 to 14 min. or until bottoms of cookies are golden brown. Cool on baking sheet 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
