Make your own chocolate truffles for holiday gift-giving. Melted chocolate and whipping cream are blended, shaped into balls and rolled in a vanilla crumb coating for easy, decadent candy truffles.

7 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate

2 Tbsp. whipping cream

1 Tbsp. butter

1 egg yolk

1 cup Nilla Vanilla Wafers

How do I make it ?

Step 1

MELT chocolate and cream over hot water. Cool. Add butter and egg yolk. Beat until thick. Drop by teaspoonful onto paper. Cool slightly and roll into balls. Coat with wafer crumbs. Chill.
