A salad of crisp endive and watercress is given a punch of flavour and colour with the addition of three kinds of citrus fruit and our sweet onion vinaigrette dressing. This salad is a super start to a summer meal.

3 tangerines
2 oranges
3 Tbsp. Kraft Sweet Onion Vinaigrette Dressing
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 cups loosely packed curly endive leaves
2 cups loosely packed watercress leaves
3/4 cup thin red onion slices

Step 1
Peel fruit; cut into sections, allowing the juices to collect in small bowl. Add dressing and lemon juice to reserved juices; mix well.
Step 2
Toss endive with watercress and onions in large bowl.
Step 3
Add dressing mixture; mix lightly. Top with fruit. Serve immediately.

Prepare as directed, using blood oranges or grapefruit in place of some of the tangerines and/or regular oranges.
How to Section Citrus Fruits
Cut a 1/2-inch-thick slice off both the top and bottom ends of the fruit. Cut the peel and white pith away from the fruit, using a downward cutting motion following the shape of the fruit. Place the peeled fruit piece on its side, then cut down along the membrane on both sides of each section to remove the fruit. For easy cleanup, do this over a bowl.
