1 tsp. corn starch

1/2 tsp. dry mustard

1/2 cup beer

1 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce

freshly ground black pepper to taste

Step 1
MIX cheese, corn starch and mustard in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
MICROWAVE beer, and seasonings in a large microwaveable glass bowl and cook on HIGH for 1 minute.
Step 3
WHISK in the cheese mixture and microwave 1 minute. Stir and cook 1 more minute.
Step 4
BEAT in egg yolk and microwave 1 minute, stirring at 30 seconds. Serve with toast.
