4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 Tbsp. oil
1 cup each chicken broth and salsa
2 cups kernel corn
1 medium red or green pepper, cut into thin strips
1-1/4 cups instant white rice
1/2 cup each Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese and sour cream

How do I make it ?
SAUTE chicken in oil until lightly browned.
STIR in remaining ingredients except cheese and sour cream. Bring to a boil. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
