1 pkg pkg (6-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Cooked Pudding and Pie Filling
4 cups light cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup brown sugar

Step 1
PREPARE pudding and pie filling with cream as directed on package. Remove from heat. Stir a small amount of hot mixture into slightly beaten eggs; mix well. Return to remaining hot mixture and continue cooking for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add vanilla.
Step 2
POUR into a 9-inch heatproof baking dish, or individual dishes. Chill for 3 hours.
Step 3
SIEVE brown sugar evenly over top of dessert. Place 2 inches under a pre-heated broiler. Broil until sugar melts and bubbles, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
