1 pkg. (1 lb./450 g) elbow macaroni, uncooked
2 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
3 cups milk
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1 cup Kraft Shredded Marble Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
2 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
1/2 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits

Step 1
Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 2 min. or until golden brown. Stir in flour; cook 2 min., stirring constantly. Whisk in milk, then Miracle Whip. Bring just to simmer, stirring constantly; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until thickened. Add cheeses and Sriracha sauce; cook and stir 2 min. or until shredded cheese is melted.
Step 3
Drain macaroni. Add to sauce with bacon bits; mix lightly.
