2 cups water
6 tomatillos
1 serrano chile
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
1/2 cup sour cream

Step 1
Bring water, tomatillos and chile to boil in medium saucepan. Simmer over medium-low heat 12 min. or until tomatillos are softened, stirring occasionally. .
Step 2
Drain tomatillo mixture; spoon into blender container. Add onions and dressing; blend until smooth. Add cilantro; blend just until finely chopped.
Step 3
Add sour cream; mix well.
