1 pouch Shake'N Bake Original Coating Mix
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4 sandwich buns
1/4 cup Heinz Dijon Mustard
4 lettuce leaves
1 tomato, cut into 4 slices

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place on foil-covered baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 min. or until done (165°F). Top with cheese; bake 2 min. or until melted.
Spread cut sides of buns with mustard; fill with chicken, lettuce and tomatoes.
