80 g sliced deli Black Forest ham
2 Cracker Barrel Swiss Cheese Slices

How do I make it ?
Place bread on baking sheet. Broil, 3 inches from heat source, 30 sec. or until toasted. Turn.
Spread with cream cheese product; top with ham and cheese.
Broil 30 sec. or until cheese is melted.
