Kraft Kitchen Tips!
Curry powder is actually a blend of up to 20 different spices, herbs and seeds. For a spicier curry dish, choose Madras curry powder. Curry powder can lose its pungency after long storage. For best flavour, store it in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 2 months.
Uncooked cauliflower can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Once cooked, the cauliflower can be refrigerated up to 3 days before using as desired.
You will need to use about 1 medium head of cauliflower to get the 8 cups small florets needed to prepare this recipe.
