PREHEAT oven to 350°F. In a food processor or blender, whirl cottage cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients. Spray a medium casserole dish with non-stick spray. Spoon crabmeat mixture into dish. Cover and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool, uncovered, for five minutes before serving. Serve as spread with crackers.
