2 cups instant white rice, cooked, cooled
2 medium tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped
1/2 of a medium English cucumber, finely chopped
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
1/3 cup Kraft Classic Herb Dressing

How do I make it ?
Combine rice, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions in medium bowl.
Add parsley and mint; mix well. Stir in dressing; cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
