4 small baking potatoes (1 lb./450 g)
1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 425°F.
Cut potatoes crosswise into thin slices, being carefully to not cut all the way through to bottoms of potatoes.
Place, cut sides up, in 13x9-inch pan. Fan potatoes slightly. Drizzle with dressing, making certain potatoes are evenly coated.
Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
