1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1-1/2 cups warm water
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g), 1/2 inch thick
3 cups frozen Asian mixed vegetables
2 Tbsp. Kraft Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Kraft Chicken'N Rib BBQ Sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400°F.
Combine rice and warm water; spoon onto centres of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil. Top with chicken and vegetables. Mix remaining ingredients until blended; drizzle over vegetables.
Fold foil to make 4 packets; place in single layer on rimmed baking sheet.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Let stand 5 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.

If the chicken breasts in your market are larger than 1/4 lb. (115 g), they will take longer to cook. Be sure to cook them long enough so that they are no longer pink in the centers and the juices run clear (165ºF).
