1 cup water
1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
1 pkt. low-calorie sweetener
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping

How do I make it ?
Mix pineapple and water in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 min.
Add rice and sweetener; mx well. Cover. Let stand 30 min.
Stir in whipped topping. Store in refrigerator.
