1/2 cup Maxwell House Café, Suisse Mocha Instant Coffee Beverage Mix
1 cup vanilla ice cream

How do I make it ?
Add boiling water to coffee mix in medium bowl; stir until dissolved. Stir in ice cream until blended. Pour into 8-inch square pan.
Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
Use large fork to shave ice cream mixture into small pieces just before serving; spoon into dessert bowls.
