1 whole chicken (3-1/2 lb./1.6 kg)
1/2 tsp. each sea salt and black pepper
1 lemon, washed, cut in half

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Sprinkle chicken inside and out with salt and pepper; place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Squeeze juice from lemon into medium bowl; stir in dressing.
Step 4
Place squeezed lemon halves inside chicken cavity; drizzle chicken with dressing mixture.
Step 5
Bake 1-1/2 hours or until chicken is done (165°F), basting occasionally with pan juices.
Step 6
Remove and discard lemon halves before serving chicken.

Instead of using a whole chicken, use 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lb.), cut in half, so you have a total of 8 pieces. Prepare dressing mixture as directed. Discard lemon halves. Pour dressing mixture over chicken in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 55 min. or until chicken is cooked through (180°F), basting occasionally.

Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of one of the chicken's thighs to test for doneness.
