Step 1
Prepare 1 simulated beef veggie burger according to package directions; slice in half.
Step 2
Toss together 1/4 cup each: torn Romaine lettuce, chopped cucumber and tomato. Add a few sliced black olives, 1 tbsp. each crumbled feta cheese, KRAFT Light creamy cucumber dressing.
Step 3
Slice a pita pocket in half and stuff each pocket with some salad and a patty half.
