1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing, divided
1/2 lb. (225 g) fresh cremini mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. (450 g) fresh green beans, trimmed, cut in half
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups cooked wild rice
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese

Step 1
Heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions; cook 6 min. or until mushrooms are tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Add 2 Tbsp. of the remaining dressing to skillet along with the beans and garlic; cook and stir 6 min. Add rice, mix lightly. Cook 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Stir in remaining dressing. Add cranberries and nuts; mix lightly. Top with cheese.

This flavourful salad can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving.
Not a fan of goat cheese? Not a problem. This salad is just as delicious when prepared with feta cheese instead of the goat cheese.
