1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 pkt. (35 g) 30%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
12 small flour tortillas
2/3 cup refried beans
6 Tbsp. salsa
2/3 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Creamy Mexicana Cheese
1 large tomato, chopped
1/3 cup sour cream

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Cook meat with taco seasoning mix as directed on package.
Step 3
Place 6 tortillas in single layer on baking sheet. Spread each with 1 Tbsp. each beans and salsa; top with 1/4 cup seasoned meat and 1 Tbsp. cheese. Cover each with second tortilla and additional layers of beans, meat and cheese; top with tomatoes.
Step 4
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until tortillas are crisp and lightly browned, and cheese is melted. Top with sour cream.
