Step 1
BROWN ground beef and peppers; drain. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in rice and 1/2 cup (125 mL) of the cheese. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
