This cranberry orange relish looks almost too pretty to eat. Served with your holiday turkey, this sweet-tart relish is the perfect festive side dish.

2 cups cranberries

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 pkg ( 85 g) each any red Jell-O Jelly Powder

How do I make it ?

Step 1
CUT oranges in half. Scoop out flesh with a spoon, leaving shells intact. Place shells in muffin pan. Chop cranberries, sugar and orange flesh in food processor.
Step 2
DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened, about 1 hour. Fold in cranberry mixture.
Step 3
POUR into orange shells and a lightly greased 4 cup (1 L) mold. Refrigerate until set.
Step 4
CUT oranges into wedges, and invert mold onto serving plate.
