DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 2 cups. Add to jelly and stir until slightly thickened; remove any unmelted ice. Measure 1 cup jelly and fold into whipped topping; pour into a 8-inch pan.
Step 2
ARRANGE fruit on creamy layer. Spoon remaining jelly over fruit. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Cut into 9 squares.
